HaRav Simcha Scheinberg, shlit”a

Rosh HaYeshiva

Grown up as the son of the illustrious Rosh HaYeshiva, Maran Hagaon Harav Chaim Pinchas Scheinberg, zt”l , the outline of today’s Rosh HaYeshiva’s life is well known. Born in Manhattan, NY, he studied diligently at Telshe Yeshiva in Cleveland, OH, Beth Medrash Gavoha in Lakewood, NJ, as well as by his father. His deep understanding and
mesirus nefesh for Torah learning serves as an anchor to a previous generation. His eminent presence in the Yeshiva, suffuses genuine warmth and understanding of every Jew. His humble character exemplifies the mesorah that he received from his illustrious
father.

HaRav Mordechai Altusky

Rosh Yeshiva

Born on the Lower East Side of Manhattan, NY, HaRav Altusky moved to Eretz Yisrael at the age of 11 years old. Until the age of 21, he learned under the guidance of his illustrious grandfather, Maran Hagaon Harav Chaim Pinchas Scheinberg, zt”l, and his legendary father, Rabbeinu Hagaon Harav Chaim Dov Altusky, zt”l. In 2006, he
returned to Yeshivas Torah Ore to assume the position of Rosh Yeshiva of the Overseas Program. He has the rare ability to articulate Torah learning with wit, humor and analytical brilliance. In addition to his Torah erudition, his exemplary passion for Torah creates an indelible impression on all those who encounter him.

HaRav Noach Orlowek

Mashgiach

HaRav Noach Orlowek is a world-renowned Jewish educator and serves as Mashgiach at
the Yeshiva. He studied under Maran Hagaon Harav Chaim Pinchas Scheinberg, zt”l ,
and HaGaon HaGadol HaRav Simcha Wasserman, zt”l. He lectures on five continents
and has authored three books, mostly in the areas of parenting, teaching and
relationship issues. In his more than 40 years of working with parents and students
alike, HaRav Orlowek has developed an approach to parenting and life that has been
successfully adopted by the students that he has taught. Both his public lectures and
private meetings, with the talmidim, are coveted times that provide clarity and wisdom.

Rav Yehoshua Chaitovsky

Rav Shea, as he is affectionately known, brings a fresh and novel spirit to the Yeshiva.
Noted early on as one of the elite talmidim of the Yeshiva, he was chosen as a son-in-law by Rabbeinu Hagaon Harav Chaim Dov Altusky, zt”l .His years of experience and
strong perception of human nature, place him in the perfect position to deal with
dynamic issues that arise. For over thirty years, the combination of keen intellect, deep
love, and unparalleled devotion, continue to create life-long bonds with both current
talmidim and the Yeshiva’s alumni around the world.

Rav Abba Orbach

Rav Orbach was born and raised in Toronto, Canada. Subsequent to completing high school, he studied at Yeshiva Gedolah Ateres Yaakov in Long Island, NY, after which he came to learn at Yeshivas Torah Ore. In 1996, he joined the staff as a Shoel Umashiv and assumed the role of Segan Mashgiach in 2002. His keen understanding of people enables him to reach out to every person in his own way, which allows for his extreme success. His teachings prove time and time again that his finger is on the pulse of many crucial areas of a bochur’s life.

Rav Michel Kaplan

Magid Shiur

Rabbi Kaplan was born in Yerushalayim and moved to the United States at the tender
age of two-years old. Raised in Chicago he attended the Skokie Yeshiva. After
completing high school, he moved to Eretz Yisrael and continued his studies at Yeshivas
HaNegev. Rabbi Kaplan is a seasoned talmid chacham, whose encyclopedic knowledge
of shas, innovative mind, and charismatic personality makes him a favorite among his
talmidim. His relaxed personality fuels the natural, easy and positive way of connecting
with Talmidim.

Rav Yaacov Minkus

In his over two decades of teaching, Rabbi Yaacov Minkus has become a beloved Rebbe
of hundreds of talmidim throughout the world. A hallmark of his unique style is infusing
passion and enthusiasm into the experience of learning. Hailing from Chicago, Rabbi
Minkus began his studies in Telshe Yeshiva. After immigrating to Eretz Yisrael, he spent
four years at Yeshivas Itri, and was influenced of HaRav Moshe Shapira. Rabbi Minkus’s
shiurim in the Yeshiva are greatly appreciated.

Rav Chaim Mandel

Rabbi Chaim Mendel was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, where he studied at Toras Emes Kamenetz and Mesivta of Long Beach. It was during these years that he shared a special relationship with the renowned Rosh Yeshiva, Rabbi Yitzchok Feigelstock, zt”l . From the shores of America, he immigrated to Eretz Yisrael to continue his studies in Yeshivas Mir under the guidance of Rabbi Asher Arielli, followed by his acceptance tothe Chaburah of Rav Peretz Tarshish. Rabbi Mandel’s influence is felt on many levels throughout the Yeshiva.

Rav Shraga Kallus

Halacha

Rav Shraga Kallus’s dynamic shiurim have transformed the way the talmidim learn Torah and Halacha. His unique and engaging style of teaching, drives his popularity on many levels. Outside of his capacity in Yeshiva, he is the acting Rav of Kehillas Imrei Phi and heads two prestigious kollelim in Yerushalayim. In addition to the his myriad shiurim and lectures that he has shared with the international community, he has authored several books on contemporary halacha. Rav Eliyahu Grumet

Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Rabbi Grumet immigrated to Eretz Yisrael after high
school and learned in Yeshivas Chofetz Chaim and Yeshivas Mir in Yerushalayim. For the
past fifteen years, he has taught at several American yeshivos in Eretz Yisrael. In 2021,
he brought his multi-talented skill-set to Yeshivas Torah Ore. In addition to filling the
capacity of Maishiv in the Bais Medrash, he is responsible for the Yeshiva’s recruiting
efforts around the world.

Rav Yehuda Altusky

If the title of the book would be ‘The Great Grandson Tells His Story’, Rav Yehuda Altusky would be the author. Great-Grandson of Maran Hagaon Harav Chaim Pinchas Scheinberg, zt”l .Grandson of Rabbeinu Hagaon Harav Chaim Dov Altusky, zt”l .Son of HaRav Mordechai Altusky, shlit”a. Rav Yehuda’s persona is no less exceptional than
his lineage suggests. Born in Yesrushalayim, he attended both Yehisvas Kol Torah and Ponevezh. For the past 12 years the Yeshiva is fortunate to claim Rav Yehuda Altusky as a member of the faculty.

Rav Yisrael Aryeh Dyckman, shlit”a

Rabbi Dyckman is a Queens, NY native, where he attended Yeshivas Ohr HaChaim prior to joining the Yeshiva. As a talmid of the Yeshiva for the past ten years, he has absorbed much of his approach from his rabbeim in the Yeshiva. Known for his programs and shiurim focusing on empowering talmidim to complete masechtos, he works hard to encourage talmidim to realize their potential. Rabbi Dyckman lives in Sanhedria, Jerusalem with his wife and family.

Rav Elchonon Keleman, shlit”a

Born in San Jose, CA and raised in Silver Spring, MD, Rabbi Keleman’s dynamic childhood shaped his charismatic nature. As an alumnus of Yehivas Chofetz Chaim, Brooklyn, NY, he continued his education in the renowned Yeshivas Mir, where he studied under eminent Torah scholars.  In his role as Rosh Chabura, he focuses on helping talmidim attain clarity, depth, and independence in tackling complex sugyos – topics. In his role as Maishiv, he takes a personal interest in each talmid to ensure one has the best possible experience in the Yeshiva. Rabbi Keleman lives in Maalot Dafna, Jerusalem with his wife and children.

Rav Avraham Shalom Zuckerman

Rabbi Zuckerman was raised in the Boro Park neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY where he attended the Mirrer Yeshiva in Brooklyn and was exposed to some of our generations foremost Talmedei Chachamim. Upon coming to Eretz Yisrael he furthered his studies at
Yeshivas Brisk and Yagdil Torah. The warm personal touch, evident in his role as maishiv is the key factor in making him loved by all. He lives with his wife and family in the Romema neighborhood of Yerushalayim.

Rav Yechiel Zwick, shlit”a

Rosh Chabura

Rabbi Yechiel Zwick was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. An alumnus of several prominent Yeshivos in the United States and Eretz Yisrael, he shares a close relationship with several Gedolei Yisrael. In his role as Rosh Chabura, he assists talmidim with articulating their innermost thoughts with outermost impact. Throughout the afternoon, his presence enlightens and inspires clarity for all those who interact with him. As such, he has developed a warm approach to connect talmidim to the beauty of a Torah learning. Rabbi Zwick resides in the Agan HaAyalot neighborhood of Givat Zeev.

Rav Shalom Anton

Registrar

Rabbi Anton, a true Midwesterner, grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in the warm and vibrant community of the Milwaukee Rebbe Shlitah, Harav Michel Twerski, sharing a close relationship with him until today. After years of learning at Yeshivas Ner Yisroel of Baltimore, Reb Shalom ascended to Eretz Yisroel to learn in Yeshivas Toras Moshe and then in Lakewood-Yerushalayim for seven years. This was followed by ten years of learning in a halachah kollel, devoted to in-depth study and mastery of many areas of daily and seasonal halachic topics. At that point, Rabbi Anton opened his own halachah kollel, which he still heads today. Rabbi Anton and his family reside in the Neve Yaakov neighborhood of Yerushalayim.
